Cancellation Policy

Payment, Refund, Cancellation, and Booking Policy for One-Off Cleaning Services Payment Policy: Payment for one-off cleaning services is due in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made securely through our website using your preferred payment method. Refund Policy: No Refunds for Cancellations Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, you will not be eligible for a refund. A late cancellation fee may apply. We do not offer refunds for any services that have been completed or for appointments that have been booked and not cancelled in advance. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Late Cancellations: If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee will apply, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your cleaning service by contacting us more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Booking Policy: All cleaning appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting our support team. Once booked, your service is confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the guidelines set in the Cancellation Policy above. Service Details: The price for your one-off clean covers standard cleaning services, such as general cleaning, kitchen, bathroom, dusting, and floor care - please see comparison table under Spring Clean Services. Add-On Services: Any additional or specialised services (such as deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.) are not included in the standard cleaning price and will be charged separately. These services can be booked at an additional cost.
